You can use a Book of Common Prayer- if you don't have one we can deliver one to you, contact the Parish Office!
You can also access the BCP online

A Blog on Episcopal Cafe, Speaking to the Soul, includes sermons, reflections, multimedia meditations and excerpts from books on spirituality.

There are also lots of prayer apps including Pray as You Go and 3 Minute Retreat- an app that has a daily theme,  uses music, a brief scripture passage and reflection, two questions to think about and a prayer to carry you through the day.  Bible—Among the numerous scripture apps, the one simply titled “Bible” is one of the best of the bunch. This free app allows you to read through dozens of translations, set up a personalized reading plan, bookmark passages and post verses directly to your Twitter or Facebook account.

Podcasts. stay connected to each other and to God by listening to a common podcast, here’s two:
  • The Way of Love from the Episcopal Church, featuring Presiding Bishop Michael Curry. Episodes are 10 – 20 minutes long, and include conversation with the presiding bishop and others who are leading hopeful work.
  • Another Name for Every Thing with Richard Rohr

Find God outside of the church building in neighbors, in the solitude, in play, in reading, in prayer, in each other, in nature, God is all around!

Meditation: "spiritual meditation is a purposeful period of  time with focused attention on one thing – God or the spiritual. Some of the Way of Love meditations that I designed for Saint Paul’s faith formation classes are adapted from yoga, or mindfulness meditations in order to make them spiritual and consistent with the faith formation themes of love of self, love of neighbor, and love of God. I also use established spiritual meditations, such as centering prayer and Lectio Divina, then adapt them for adolescents in order to be consistent with the Way of Love themes. Research has shown that meditation can be a powerful tool to heal the mind and body. I believe that spiritual meditation is a super power."
