Dear Fellow Parishioners,

Thank you for your faithful commitment to God’s unfolding mission among us. Together the parish has sustained a dynamic, creative, and enduring ministry during a decidedly difficult time, one full of change, uncertainties and unexpected challenges.
Now is a time of opportunity, to reimagine how our parish can continue as a caring and strong Christian community of love and hope, while calling a new Rector to lead our ministry. We are thankful for:
  • Dedicated Wardens and Vestry, The  Rev. Dr. Barbara  Elliott’s devoted ministry, and the pending arrival of our Interim Rector, The Rev. Debra Kissinger.
  • Parishioners who are reaching out with love to each other and the wider community.
  • A new virtual community of online worship services through an enhanced website, that is a broad and deep reflection of our current parish life together, welcoming all  to the enduring ministry of our parish.
Stewardship is much more than money, as a journey through our parish website reflects, but each year we do need to pledge our financial support to help maintain the operational needs of the church. Where does this money go?
We give with gratitude to the church to sustain its efforts, and we pledge to affirm  our commitment of money to help develop  St. Paul’s annual budget. When parishioners pledge or simply place money in the offering plate, our money goes into the “General Operating Fund” and is used for the church’s expenses.
What types of expenses does St. Paul’s have, you may ask?  Similar to places of employment, St. Paul’s pays for staff salaries and benefits; music and worship; education; administrative expenses  such as mailings, supplies, banking fees, dues, licenses, phones, and computers;  building expenses such as insurance, supplies, electricity, heat, water, sewer, cleaning, and snow removal; food and coffee for the parish; and most important, outreach funds to help those in need.
We ask for your help to sustain our church’s mission and  operations in 2021, and to consider enhancing your financial support of St. Paul’s during this transitional year.
Please send in your pledge card by Thanksgiving, or make your 2021 pledge on line at www.stpaulsduluth.org.
Gratefully,
Your St. Paul’s Stewardship Committee:
Nancy Schuldt, Barb Elliott, Ed Hall, Holly Hansen, Jane Jarnis, Kathy Leonard
When you give, you are allowing your St. Paul's family to invite others to worship, connect, grow, and go along with us. If you need assistance or have any questions about giving to St. Paul's  please contact our treasurer.

Parishioners Brad & Leslie share what St. Paul's means to them and ways everyone can support the mission and ministry of St. Pauls:

Want to give a pledge to St. Paul's?

A pledge is a financial commitment made in faith.  After prayer and discernment, each person commits to give a certain amount to the church's ministry for the following year. In making a financial pledge, it allows you to participate in the spiritual discipline of stewardship and our leadership to budget for the coming year.

The form below allows you to enter your pledge amount online.  Then you can securely enter credit card or bank draft information if that is the method you choose by clicking here.   Or you can contribute by check or cash.

Would you like weekly envelopes? Please indicate that on the form below as well. Thank you!

Pledge Form for St. Paul's

This pledge form will be sent directly to the treasurer of St. Paul's. Your name in the box below will serve as an electronic signature. Our parish bases its budget for the year on these pledges and is grateful for any amounts given. You can, if necessary, modify your pledge at any time. Thank you for supporting St. Paul's with your pledge!
