NEW! Every month I'll provide a meal-in-a bag recipe for families. If you take your kids shopping, include them in providing a nonperishable meal in a bag for our young people by letting them pick out the groceries. Place the items in a bag and drop them off at Life House OR Olive Branch. (Addresses in Community Connections.)

This month’s recipe is Chicken Tacos. You will need: 1 pkg hard shell taco shells, a 12.5 oz can of chicken, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1 can of Ro*Tel, 1 can of nacho cheese, 1 small can of sliced black olives, a can of corn, and a bag of cheesy chips (such as doritos). Optional: Provide a can opener and/or dessert such as prepackaged cookies like Oreos or Chips Ahoy!
